Why do your systems start at $2,990 installed?

Because we use a simpler business model. We standardized strong city-water packages, show the pricing upfront, and avoid the traditional in-home sales process. That helps keep the installed price lower without hiding the cost behind a sales appointment.

Is installation included?

Yes. Professional installation is included with each package for standard installs. If something unusual comes up with your plumbing or install location, we confirm that before scheduling.

Are there hidden fees?

No hidden fees. We confirm your water type, install location, and setup before the installation so you know what to expect.

Do I pay upfront?

No. Payment is collected after installation is complete.

Do you offer financing?

No — we accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and ACH. You don't pay until after the install is complete.

Why are you less expensive than other quotes?

We offer the same high-quality systems many other companies sell, but we've standardized our setup for South Florida city water and cut out the traditional in-home sales model. That lowers overhead and lets us pass the savings along to you.

What is the difference between Essential and XL?

The Essential is a 10x54 mixed-media system. The XL is a larger 13x54 mixed-media system with more filtration and softening capacity.

What is the difference between mixed media and dual tank?

A mixed-media system combines catalytic carbon and softening resin in one tank. A dual-tank system separates the treatment stages into a dedicated catalytic carbon tank and a dedicated softener tank.

Which package should I choose?

Most standard homes can start with Essential or XL. Choose Performance or Ultimate if you want dedicated treatment stages, higher capacity, or the strongest setup available.

What does the catalytic carbon do?

Our systems use Indocarb Black Opal catalytic carbon. It is designed to reduce chlorine, chloramine, chemical taste and odor, THMs, VOCs, pesticides, herbicides, and other organic compounds commonly found in municipal water.

What does the softening resin do?

The softening resin reduces hardness minerals like calcium and magnesium. That helps reduce scale buildup, spots, soap scum, and hard-water issues throughout the home.

What is 10% crosslinked resin?

10% crosslinked resin is a premium softening resin designed for better durability, especially in chlorinated municipal water. It is an upgrade over standard resin commonly used in many basic softeners.

Will the system help with chlorine or chloramine smell?

Yes. The catalytic carbon filtration is designed to reduce chlorine, chloramine, and chemical taste and odor from city water.

Will the system help with hard water and scale?

Yes. The softening resin is designed to reduce hardness minerals like calcium and magnesium, which helps limit scale buildup on fixtures, glass, plumbing, and appliances.

Is this a salt-based softener?

Yes. Our whole-home system uses traditional salt-based softening because it actually reduces hardness minerals and delivers the soft water feeling you expect.

What about salt-free systems?

Salt-free systems are usually conditioners, not true softeners. They may help with scale in some situations, but they do not create the same soft-water feel most homeowners expect from a real softener.

RO Drinking Water

Is reverse osmosis included?

Yes. Every package includes a Hydronix 5-stage reverse osmosis drinking water system with alkaline remineralization.

Where does the RO system go?

The RO system is typically installed under the kitchen sink and includes a dedicated drinking water faucet.

What does the alkaline filter do?

The alkaline filter is designed to remineralize the RO water after filtration.

Can the RO connect to my refrigerator?

In many homes, yes. It depends on the kitchen layout and existing refrigerator water line. We can confirm during setup.

Installation

Where does the whole-home system go?

Most systems are installed near the main water line, often outside the garage, near the side of the home, or in another suitable location. We confirm this with photos before scheduling.

Can the system go in the garage?

Sometimes, yes. It depends where the main water line enters the home and where the drain can be routed.

How long does installation take?

Most installs take about 4–6 hours depending on the setup. Our installer arrives on your scheduled day, sets up the whole-home system and the RO unit at the kitchen sink, leak-checks and pressure-tests everything, and walks you through how it works before leaving.

Do I need a water test?

For most city-water homes, the common issues are chlorine/chloramine, hardness, and drinking water quality. We usually start by confirming your water type and setup instead of making you sit through a water test sales pitch.

Do you install on well water?

The standard packages are designed for city water. Well water is different and may require testing and a custom setup.

Maintenance

What maintenance is required?

It depends on household water usage and system settings. We show you how to monitor the brine tank after installation.

How often do RO filters need replacement?

RO filter replacement depends on usage and water conditions. Most homeowners replace filters periodically as part of normal maintenance.
